website is administered by HHSAlumni.net and it's management. The primary purpose of HHSAlumni.net is to
be a dynamic tool for gathering information of fellow classmates and friends. We want
you to feel secure when visiting our site and are committed to maintaining your
privacy when doing so.
The following provides an overview of how we protect your
privacy during your visit.
What information do we gather?
Information on HHSAlumni.net is gathered in two ways: (1)
indirectly (for example, through our site's technology); and (2) directly (for
example, when you provide information on various pages of HHSAlumni.net).
One example of information we collect indirectly is through
our Internet access logs. When you log into HHSAlumni.net, your Internet address
is automatically collected and is placed in our Internet access logs.
We collect information directly from you in a number of ways,
some of which we describe in this Privacy Statement. One way is through the use

information about your visit to HHSAlumni.net - for example, how you entered our

us. Throughout our site, we provide the opportunity to register as a member of the site. When we

Public Information is displayed to All guests of the site, except for email information,
which is only available to members.
Private Information is only used internally by the site management team. We will notify
you in advance to any request for your person data. Since we do require your personal information
to become a member of the site, it is completely up to you to whether or not you want to provide it.
How do we use this information?
We store your Public Information for guests and members of the site to access. Your email address is
considered public information, but it's only available to other Members of this site. Your Private
Information is used internally, which means it's only available to the site's management.
Will we share this with outside parties?
No. HHSAlumni.net or it's management team WILL NOT intentionally transfer any Public or Private information
to any outside party. However, since your Public information is accessed by site visitors, it could be transferred
to others outside the HHSAlumni.net domain.
Do we give you access to your information?
You are entitled to know whether we hold information about you and, if we do, to have access to that information
and require it to be corrected if it is inaccurate. You can do this directly or by contacting our Support Team.
